Display Setup & Troubleshooting

How to configure Borderless Windowed mode, DPI scaling, Stream-Proof recording protection, Windows version compatibility, and single-PC device binding.

1. Overlay Not Visible Over the Game

What it does: Ensures all panels, labels, and the settings menu render smoothly above the game window without flickering or minimizing on Alt + Tab.

How to use: In the game's own graphics settings, set Display Mode to "Borderless Windowed" or "Windowed", then press Insert (or Home) to open the menu.

2. Offset Boxes or Range Rings on 1440p / 4K Monitors

What it does: Aligns range circles, unit outlines, and HUD tables accurately with in-game objects on 1080p, 1440p, and 4K displays.

How to use: Ensure your Windows Display Scaling matches your in-game resolution (100% or 125% recommended) and adjust the "HUD Scale" slider (80%–150%) in the "Profiles" tab (F5).

3. Hiding Visuals on Streams & Recordings (Stream-Proof)

What it does: Keeps the menu, HUD panels, and visual markers invisible to viewers when streaming or recording via OBS Studio or Discord while remaining visible on your monitor.

How to use: Enable "Stream-Proof Mode" in the "Profiles" tab (F5) and capture the game using Game Capture / Window Capture rather than full Display Capture.

4. Supported Windows Builds & Quick Profile Reload

What it does: Maintains stable operation across long gaming sessions and lets you reload or reset your active layout instantly without leaving the match.

How to use: Use a standard production build of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (21H2–24H2, 64-bit; Windows Insider Preview builds are not supported). Press F5 in the "Profiles" tab to reload your preset.

5. Changing PCs, Device Binding Reset & Subscription Freeze

What it does: Lets you transfer your active license to a new PC after a hardware upgrade and pause your subscription timer whenever you take a break.

How to use: To switch computers, submit a reset request in "Bound Devices" (/account/devices). To pause your subscription time, click "Freeze" on your product card in "Subscriptions" (/account/subscriptions).
