Preset Workshop & Profile Sharing

How to browse community configuration profiles in the Workshop (/resources/), activate them in the menu, and publish your own presets.

1. Finding Community Presets in the Workshop (/resources/)

What it does: Gives you access to ready-to-use configuration profiles created by experienced players: 1v1 and team ranked HUD layouts, color themes, hotkey setups, and civilization-specific build order plans.

How to use: Open the "Workshop" (/resources/) from the top navigation bar, select your game category, review the preset description, and click "Download".

2. Activating a Profile in the Menu

What it does: Applies all visual markers, HUD panel positions, gatherer split ratios, and custom hotkeys from the selected profile at once without configuring each toggle manually.

How to use: Press Insert in-game, open the "Profiles" tab (F5), select the desired profile from the list, and click "Load".

3. Saving & Publishing Your Own Preset

What it does: Lets you save your personal HUD layout, color palette, monitor scaling (1080p / 1440p / 4K), and assistant settings into a named slot and share it with the community.

How to use: In the "Profiles" tab (F5), enter a name for your preset and click "Save". To share it publicly, click "Add Resource" in the "Workshop" (/resources/) and note the target game mode, resolution, and assigned hotkeys.

4. Switching Between Ranked & Practice Profiles

What it does: Allows one-click switching between a clean, balanced HUD profile for online ranked play and a full-featured practice profile for single-player skirmishes.

How to use: Right-click your "Ranked" and "Practice" profile slots in the "Profiles" tab (F5) to bind dedicated quick-switch hotkeys.

Profile Setup & Sharing Best Practices

Menu Tab What the Feature Does How to Use
Preset: Ranked 1v1 Keeps only essential indicators on screen (sheep, relics, threat range rings, and a compact opponent panel) for an uncluttered view. Select the "Ranked" slot in the "Profiles" tab (F5) and bind secondary lines to a Hold key.
Preset: Team Games (2v2–4v4) Colors unit outlines and movement lines by player team color so you can coordinate quickly with allies. Enable "Player Team Colors" in the "Radar & View" tab and save your profile.
1080p / 1440p / 4K Scaling Keeps text legibility and widget margins comfortable across different monitor resolutions. When publishing a preset in the "Workshop" (/resources/), mention your recommended "HUD Scale" slider value (e.g., 100% for 1080p, 125% for 1440p/4K).
Manual Input Priority Ensures economy and combat helpers run smoothly with balanced intervals without overriding your mouse clicks. Keep "Respect Manually Selected Squads" enabled in the "AI Assistant" tab before saving your preset.
